【摘要】:ThisEuropeanhestandarddefinesthegeneralprinciplesfortheapplicationoftheTimeof-flightdiffracton('?0FD)techniqueforbothdetectionandsizingofdiscontinuitiesinlowalloyedcarbonsteelcomponents.Itcouldalsobeusedforothertypesofmaterials,providedtheapplicationoftheTOFDtechniqueisperformedwithnecessaryconsiderationofgeomeixy,acousticalpropertiesofthematerialsandthesensitivityoftheexaminationAlthoughitisapplicable,ingeneralterms,todiscontinuitiesinmaterialsandapplicationscoveredbyEN583-1,itcontallisreferencestotheapplicationonwelds.Thisapproachhasbeenchosenforreasonsofclarityastotheultmsonicprobepositionsanddirectionsofscanning.Unlessotherwisespecifiedinthereferencingdocuments,theminimumrequirementsofthishestandardareapplicable.Unlessexplicitlystatedotherwise,thishestandardisapplicabletothefollowingproductclassesasdefinedinEN583-2-class1,withoutrestrictions;-classes2and3,restrictionswillapplyasstatedinclause9.Theinspectionofproductsofclasses4and5wiilrequirespecialprocedures.Theseareaddressedinclause9aswell.
