【摘要】:Thistechnicalspecificationexplainsmanyofthefactorsinvolvedinvoltageendurancetestsonelectricalinsulatingmaterialsandsystems.Itdescribesthevoltageendurancegraph,liststestmethodsillustratingtheirlimitationsandgivesguidanceforevaluatingthea.c.voltageenduranceofinsulatingmaterialsandsystemsfromtheresultsofthetests.Theterminologytobeusedinvoltageenduranceisdefinedandexplained.Itshouldbeemphasizedthatwherethistechnicalspecificationisconcernedwithmaterials,theresultsmaynotbedirectlyapplicabletotheperformanceofinsulatingsystems.Voltageendurancetestsareusedtocompareandevaluateinsulatingmaterialswithregardtotheirvariousapplicationsinelectricalsystems.Determiningtheabilityofelectricalinsulatingmaterialsandsystemstoendurea.c.voltagestressiscomplex.Theresultsofvoltageendurancetestsareinfluencedbymanyfactorssothistechnicalspecificationshouldonlybeconsideredasanattempttopresentaunifiedviewofvoltageenduranceforsimplifiedplanningandanalysis.Somedocumentsforthevariouspracticalcasesexistandothersarebeingdeveloped.
