【摘要】:ThispartofISO10218specifiessafetyrequirementsfortheintegrationofindustrialrobotsandindustrialrobotsystemsasdefinedinISO10218-1,andindustrialrobotcell(s).Theintegrationincludesthefollowing:a)thedesign,manufacturing,installation,operation,maintenanceanddecommissioningoftheindustrialrobotsystemorcell;b)necessaryinformationforthedesign,manufacturing,installation,operation,maintenanceanddecommissioningoftheindustrialrobotsystemorcell;c)componentdevicesoftheindustrialrobotsystemorcell.ThispartofISO10218describesthebasichazardsandhazardoussituationsidentifiedwiththesesystems,andprovidesrequirementstoeliminateoradequatelyreducetherisksassociatedwiththesehazards.Althoughnoisehasbeenidentifiedtobeasignificanthazardwithindustrialrobotsystems,itisnotconsideredinthispartofISO10218.ThispartofISO10218alsospecifiesrequirementsfortheindustrialrobotsystemaspartofanintegratedmanufacturingsystem.ThispartofISO10218doesnotdealspecificallywithhazardsassociatedwithprocesses(e.g.laserradiation,ejectedchips,weldingsmoke).Otherstandardscanbeapplicabletotheseprocesshazards.
