【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversthegeneralrequirementsforsteelsheetincoilsandcutlengths.Itappliestothefollowingspecificationsthatdescribecarbonsteel,structuralsteel,andhigh-strength,low-alloysteel(HSLA)furnishedashot-rolledsheetandcold-rolledsheet:SpecificationsA414/A414M,A424,A606,A659/A659M,A794,A1008/A1008M,A1011/A1011M,andA1039/A1039M.1.2Thisspecificationisnotapplicabletohot-rolledheavy-thicknesscarbonsheetcoils(SpecificationA635/A635M).1.3Incaseofanyconflictinrequirements,therequirementsoftheindividualmaterialspecificationshallprevailoverthoseofthisgeneralspecification.1.4Forthepurposesofdeterminingconformancewiththisandtheappropriateproductspecificationreferencedin1.1,valuesshallberoundedtothenearestunitintherighthandplaceoffiguresusedinexpressingthelimitingvaluesinaccordancewiththeroundingmethodofPracticeE29.1.5AnnexA1listspermissiblevariationsindimensionsandmass(seeNote1)inSI[metric]units.Thevalueslistedarenotexactconversionsofthevalueslistedintheinch-poundtables,butinsteadareroundedorrationalizedvalues.ConformancetoAnnexA1ismandatorywhenthex201C;Mx201D;specificationisused.Note18212;Thetermweightisusedwheninch-poundunitsarethestandard.However,underSIthepreferredtermismass.1.6ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.7Thisspecificationandtheapplicablematerialspecificationsareexpressedinbothinch-poundunitsandSIunits.However,unlesstheorderspecifiestheapplicablex201C;Mx201D;specificationdesignation(SIunits),thematerialshallbefurnishedtoinch-poundunits.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO13448providesguidelinesspecifyingtheorganizationalprinciplesofacceptancesamplinginsituationswherethecontractorthelegislationprovidesforsuccessiveinspectiontobecarriedoutbydifferentparties:thesupplier,thecustomerand/orathirdparty.Theseguidelinesaredesignedforinspectionofpopulationsofanyproductsuppliedordeliveredindiscreteitemsinlots.Theyareapplicableto?supplierinspection(finalinspection,productcertificationuponsupplier’srequest),?customerinspection(incominginspection,auditinspection,acceptancesampling),?third-partyinspection(certificationofproduct,inspectionandsupervisionforobservanceofInternationalStandardrequirements,qualityinspectioncarriedoutatthesupplier,and/orcustomer,request),wherethequalitylevelsandthelotacceptabilitycriteriaarespecifiedunilaterallybythesupplierorcontractuallybythesupplierandthecustomer.Theseguidelinesarealsoapplicabletosituationswhenonlyonesamplinginspectionisactuallyneeded.TheguidelinesprovidedbythispartofISO13448maybeappliedindevelopingstandardsonacceptancesamplingforstandardinspectionmodels,specificitemsorqualitylevels,aswellasindevelopingcontracts,specificationsandinstructions.IncontractualuseoftheAPP,thepartiesconcernedshouldacknowledgeinthecontractthattheyapproveofitsprinciples(alsobyreferringtothepresentguidelines).ThepartiesmayalsoprovidefortheuseoftheAPPindisputesandarbitration.
